Visitation
Upon intake, the resident is required to submit a list of potential
visitors to the Case Manager. This list must include full name, address,
telephone number, age and relationship of each potential visitor. This
list will be submitted only once. The CBCF reserves the right to deny
entry to any prospective visitor.
Visitors may arrive to sign in
to the facility no more than 15 minutes prior to orientation class
(12:45 P.M. or 5:15 P.M.) or the resident's assigned visitation time
(1:15 p.m. or 5:45 p.m.). Visitors signed into the facility must remain
in the facility. Before the first visit, each visitor must attend a
scheduled Visitor Orientation Session to review rules, regulations and
procedures for visitation.
Special visits can be arranged for
residents with family members, clergy, etc. who are unable (i.e. out of
the local area) to visit during normally scheduled times.
Arrangements/requests for special visits or professional visits should
be made through the assigned Case Manager.
All adult
visitors are required to provide valid Driver's License or State ID. A
birth certificate verifying maternity or paternity is required for all
minor children visiting CBCF residents
